PRACTICAL

We work entirely on online orders. It is therefore not possible to collect a dabba without an order. Order easily before 16:00 on our website. We are open every Tuesday to Friday between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Will we see you soon?

Yes! We never deliver cold and always ensure that your meal arrives at you as soon as possible.

Accident? If you have damaged your dabba, the delivery person will check the dabbas for damage with every delivery when they are picked up. If the damage hinders the functioning of the dabba or it is dented, the delivery person will indicate at the door that we are obliged to withhold the deposit from the relevant dabba.

Have you lost your dabba? Then we are obliged to withhold the deposit. 

A menu is a generous portion for one person. Or two small eaters.

We offer one varied vegetarian menu every week from Monday to Thursday. The new menu of the week will be online from every Friday and it is possible to place an order for the following week. Impatient? You can always look a week ahead in our menu!

 

 

 

We do not oblige you. Order and eat as often or rarely as you like without being tied to anything. It's totally up to you.

Please note that there is a maximum period of 6 weeks without ordering. We will remind you of this every two weeks. Do you want to stop ordering a dabba for the time being? Contact us at info@dabbadinner.nl to return your dabba. After receipt you will receive your deposit back within 1-2 working days.

We recommend that you always enjoy your dabba on the day of receipt, when it is the freshest. Do you still have something left? Then you can keep the meal in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days. Pay attention! this is entirely at your own risk.

The allergens present are listed with each weekly menu. Do you have any special wishes or questions? Let us know!

Hell yes! Preheat your oven to 180 ° and put the dabba open in the oven for about 20 minutes (Note! The dabbas are hot!).

Is that taking too long? Then put your leftover treats in a frying pan and heat it over a medium heat.

Pay attention! Never put your dabba in the microwave! 

Did it all taste good? Just rinse the dabba or let your dishwasher do all the work (Make sure the dabba mounting hooks do not get between the spray arm!). This way, no food remains remain in the dabba.

All dabbas are thoroughly cleaned by us before they arrive at you. 

DABBA REWARD POINTS

With a total of 100 dabba loyalty points you can exchange these for a dabba meal of your choice. Pay attention! The dabba worth €5.00 is not included when redeeming the loyalty points.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return more dabbas than you are about to order. Do you still want to hand in your dabbas? send us an email at info@dabbadinner.nl. Then we make an appointment to return the dabbas.

After this you will receive the deposit amount of € 5.00 back to your bank account within 1-2 working days.

A dabba is automatically added to your shopping cart with every order. On the checkout page you can easily indicate how many dabbas you still have in your possession from a previous order. We will deduct € 5.00 from your order for each dabba to be returned. So you only pay once for your dabba!

We currently do not deliver to all of Nijmegen yet. Curious if we already deliver to you? Enter your zip code on the zip code checker on the home page.

Currently we only deliver from Monday to Thursday. 

We strive to deliver your dabbas to you as quickly as possible in the promised period. However, it is possible that the delivery is delayed, we will always keep you informed!

All our dabbas are delivered by bicycle. So we do not emit CO2 and are therefore completely emission free! Nice is not it?

Currently it is not yet possible to track your order. We will always try to pursue our promised delivery times!

€ 2.00 is charged for home delivery. Pick up is free.

In order to remain environmentally friendly, all receipts are sent digitally in the confirmation email of your order!

PAYMENTS

We currently use payment platforms IDeal and PayPal. 

Do you receive an error message when you pay during checkout? Then delete your cookies, use an alternative browser or try a different payment method. 

Have you not received an order confirmation from us, but the purchase amount has been debited from your account? Please contact our customer service info@dabbadinner.nl as soon as possible.

After receipt and approval of the dabba, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 1-2 working days.
