On the menu this week, A salad of frissee, shallot, white grape and carrot with a za'atar and lemon vinaigrette topped with toasted almonds. Freshly baked Middle Eastern bread served with a tahini yogurt and dill sauce. Fried eggplant and chickpeas in a spiced pepper-tomato sauce. topped with slightly salty tulum cheese. A rich saffron rice topped with fresh herbs, fried onion and raisins.
